I was SO excited to be asked to create this image by a fellow gamer. He commissioned me to illustrate this image for a Coyote and Crow (a table top role playing game) campaign he was running. I would describe the basic theme in Coyote & Crow as: Indigenous cyber punk/sci-fi. The game itself has a very neat and wonderful concept and I encourage anyone to check it out.

The main Concept:

"The general idea I have is three subjects, two brothers on the left and right and a sister in the center. The sister is hovering above both with the purple essence of the Adanadi swirling around her, while an entrance to The Black is opening just behind her."

Background Concept:

"a forest type dealio, but with a C&C hi-tech city in the distance that blends with the landscape."

 

I had plenty of free reign on the clothes and colors. I wanted to incorporate my tribes' clans on the 3 siblings, but this project went many hours longer than expected and I had to wrap it up. I did manage to adorn wolf (my clan) paw prints on the brother illustrated on the left.
